protein powder
Ronald R asked:

I am using Whey protein powder and was wondering what the best way to use it. I do a lot of running and cardio and trying to get some beach muscles. Any suggestion for the best results with this stuff?

i sugest you put it in your cereal, oatmeal, or smoothies,or even just any drink. it would be good to put it somewhere were u cant taste it becuase it is pretty nasty unless its flavorless/tasteless.

you dnt necesarley have to use powder or just use powder including high protien foods like…..

    -special k added protien
    -eggs(large),(6 grams of protien)
-chicken,it does have alot of protien but 97% of the protien is undigestable so most of the protien doesnt digest
    - fish(22 grams of protien)
    -milk(one cup),(8 grams protien)
    -yogurt(one cup)(usually 8-12 grams”c heck label”)
-Soft cheeses (Mozzarella, Brie, Camembert) – 6 grams per oz
-Medium cheeses (Cheddar, Swiss) – 7 or 8 grams per oz
-Hard cheeses (Parmesan) – 10 grams per oz
    -Beans (including soy)
-Tofu, ½ cup 20 grams protein
    -Tofu, 1 oz, 2.3 grams
    -Soy milk, 1 cup - 6 -10 grams
-Most beans (black, pinto, lentils, etc) about 7-10 grams
-protein per half cup of cooked beans
-Soy beans, ½ cup cooked – 14 grams protein
-Split peas, ½ cup cooked – 8 grams
